🚨 The amount of content needed by brands is expected to increase by 5x to accommodate the needs of agents.

🤖 And that’s a wrap on Agentic Commerce Day! A huge thank you to Scot Wingo, Rob Gonzalez, Jason Carmel, Hailey Venters, Katie Sierveld Tripodi and JD Katsoff for sharing insights, thought leadership and fantastic learnings about how to navigate in the crazy world of AI.

Some of my favorite takeaways from the day:

🦾 The threat isn’t AI replacing the work that we do. It just changes the work that we do. And it is important to open a transparent dialogue about that.

🦾 To prepare for the AI shift, organizations must assemble cross-functional teams to rapidly adapt and scale their content.

🦾 At the heart of every retail AI agent is structured product data, and brands must supply rich, contextual details to ensure AI recommends their items. If you do not control your product's narrative with thorough FAQs and metadata, AI models might scrape the internet and base their product summaries on obscure, negative Reddit reviews from 15 years ago.

🦾 Context, context, context. It is critical to start building a context layer that can help educate the future agent to agent systems and hybrid models.

Off to the 💃 fiesta to celebrate 🎉 Cinco de Mayo! 🌸
