Recruiters get a bad rep for harvesting CVs to pump their database size and improve their pitch

I don’t see the value in a bigger database from a clients perspective though. Clients don’t need thousands of CVs. They need a handful.

The purpose of a recruiter is to remove work. Remove as many minutes as possible. At every stage.

Most of our clients at Pare review 3-8 candidates. Interview 2. Make an offer to 1.

All within a week of speaking to us. Candidates are actually introduced within minutes.

Recruiters, stop offering thousands of options of candidates you’ve not properly vetted (or even spoken to).

Be better.
