No team.
No handoffs.
How do you manage the work?
It is just me.
So I don’t manage people.
I manage the work.
Each day has a job.
I know it before I start.
I start it.
I finish it.
Then I move on.
No bouncing around.
No half done projects.
When the main work is done,
I shift gears.
Emails.
Follow ups.
Loose tasks.
Clean it up.
If something pops up,
it gets handled.
Health issues.
Account risks.
Anything urgent.
Right away.
No backlog.
No waiting.
Simple system.
Start.
Finish.
Move.
That is how it stays controlled.
