Don't use AI for creative production if you aren't willing to compromise on quality
There's so much pressure to use AI for creative, but most companies aren't actually willing to compromise on the quality of the creative output
The reality is that if you use AI, you have to sacrific on quality to a degree when compared to doing it manually
AI can enhance the manual to get to the optimal output, but it doesn't work the other way around...yet
That could change, but not for a bit, in my opinion
We're leaning into AI heavily for creative at Nectar
But we're still creating STV commercials like this the old school way
And our team is crushing it
We filmed this video in our studio which include a custom set and talent (i.e, a model cat)
To get this type of output would have likely cost way more with AI between token costs and revision times
I'm bullish on AI for creative, but right now a hybrid approach is the best approach
If you need help getting your creative to the next level, we film commercials, product videos, photography, graphic design, and do creative strategy in our studio
We also have some really unique AI offerings for large catalogs which I'll share more about soon
Don't hesitate to reach out to me or Nectar if we you need help
