Too many operators are using AI to get data.
Very few of them are using AI to action on it.
I ran a webinar last week for over 300+ people and had a submission form that asked what Claude plan you are on & what is your current struggle.
I saw numbers that shocked me.
$200 per month plan.
⤷ Struggle? Keeping token usage down (rate limits).
I am on the $100 Claude plan and abuse the absolute crap out of it with my workflows - and I NEVER hit my rate limit.
This is a signal to me that people are doing this:
Chatting back and forth with Claude like a basic LLM.
That back and forth messaging is destroying your token use.
And you are not even getting the actual work done.
WILD.
My entire philosophy in the ecom space is changing.
→ I am focusing more on helping people leverage AI as a tool in their toolbox to streamline their business.
Not replace employees.
Not run 100% AI agents.
Not waking up in the morning to work done.
None of that is reasonable or even really good.
