Your team will submit 15 automation ideas once they see the first one work. Last

Your team will submit 15 automation ideas once they see the first one work.

Last month we built our first automation for inventory alerts.

Simple stuff. When stock hits 30 days remaining, ping Slack.

Took us 2 weeks. Nothing fancy.

But then something interesting happened...

The team that was "hesitant" about AI suddenly became believers.

My operations manager: "Can we auto-update ASIN titles when competitors change theirs?"

My PPC guy: "What if bids adjusted based on conversion windows?"

Customer service: "Can we auto-respond to common review complaints?"

15 submissions. In one week.

These are the same people who said "AI won't understand our business" just a month ago.

Here's what I learned:

Your team doesn't need to see perfect automation.

They need to see WORKING automation.

Once they witness the "magic moment" of a manual task happening automatically...

Suddenly they start identifying opportunities everywhere.

The first automation isn't about ROI.

It's about proving what's possible.

What manual task in your Amazon business would make your team believers if it ran automatically?
