And somehow I became a free demo station.
Every week it’s the same.
“Hey Aaron, check out this new AI tool.”
“Would love your feedback.”
“Quick 30 minutes.”
No.
Your software is not my job.
Running Amazon is.
I don’t test tools for fun.
I don’t validate your roadmap.
And I definitely don’t do it for free.
If you believe in it, pay for real feedback.
That’s called consulting.
If you can’t spend the money yet,
you’re not ready for the feedback anyway.
Because real feedback is not,
“this is cool.”
It’s:
this breaks,
this won’t scale,
this solves nothing,
this might work if you fix these 3 things.
That level of clarity costs.
Operators are not your beta testers.
Our time is already sold.
You want access,
pay for it.
Otherwise,
build it,
launch it,
and let the market tell you the truth.
