Two-week sprints are the secret to automation projects that actually ship.

I used to watch Amazon sellers sit on the same "automation idea" for 6 months.

Meetings about meetings. Endless revisions. Analysis paralysis.

Then we started forcing everything into 2-week sprints:

→ Week 1: Scope it, build it

→ Week 2: Demo it, tweak it twice, ship it

That's it.

No exceptions. No extensions. No "just one more feature."

The magic happens at the demo.

Once your team sees ONE automation actually working...

Suddenly everyone has ideas.

"Can we automate our PPC bid adjustments?"

"What about inventory alerts when we hit reorder points?"

"Can this connect to our 3PL for automatic shipment tracking?"

We went from zero automation ideas to 15 submissions in one month.

All because we proved it was possible in 2 weeks instead of talking about it for 2 quarters.

What's the longest you've spent planning an Amazon automation without shipping anything?
