I enjoy work a lot more now than I have in years gone by.
Running an amazon ads agency never really inspired me. I always felt like it was overselling. And I hated the temptation to promise something that was not always possible to guarantee.
"we'll outperform others" - i never said this. Only because i didn't really like that promise. When there are loads of great agencies. So you couldn't guarantee anything. Especially in the world of amazon.
But you did have to suggest that you'd perform well.
Whereas now I enjoy the work so much more.
Solving similar but very different problems as our small team obsesses over finding the absolute best remote amazon ads talent.
Especially in the recruitment sector where, as an industry, I'm seeing it's a little sluggish (vs. your nimble amazon seller).
And our product offering I genuinely love.
I can guarantee that our screening is so effective you'll spend a lot less time to get a brilliant full-time candidate.
