AWS used to be the only cash cow

Now Amazon Ads is the big fish in the room

It gets harder every single year to be a seller

That’s by design

“Amazon” isn’t one company.

It is several distinctly large companies operating independently

Each one needs to have their own balance sheet and profitability

This leads to Amazon ads CPC skyrocketing with competition

Amazon Logistics adds fees for fulfillment and storage

Amazon Seller Central and Support charging higher fees every single year

Each one raising prices independently from the other

Sellers and consumers take the burden of cost
