The first week, he reported that 7 hours of his weekly time had been automated šŖš½
The following week:
šhe interviewed every person on our team
šidentified where AI can give them time back a
šimplemented solutions for almost all of them
šnow training everyone on how to actually use it
Itās been one of the best ROI Iāve EVER made in my business.
I read a stat that team members using AI are 6x more productive.
I believe it. I feel like Iām operating at 10x with AI in my workflow, and I want every single person on my team to feel that same thing.
The goal was never to replace my team with AI.
The goal is to make my team feel like they have superpowers.
Thatās exactly what weāre seeing.
