After a few months of working together, I realized I couldn’t keep it as just that. I told her I couldn’t charge her anymore.
So we decided to build something together.
That’s when we came across Amazon FBA.
What stood out wasn’t just the opportunity, it was the leverage.
Amazon handles fulfillment, logistics, and infrastructure. That allows you to
focus on building the product, understanding the customer, and creating a system that can scale.
That decision turned into a business that grew far beyond what we initially expected.
Looking back, it wasn’t about timing or luck.
It was about recognizing a scalable model and committing to it.
