Putting your full range on Amazon is a brand decision, not a commercial one.
And most brands haven't made that decision consciously.
They listed everything because it was easy.
Because Amazon asked for it.
Because someone in the business said "we need to be present across the full range."
But that's the issue... Amazon isn't a shelf. It's an algorithm.
Every prodcuct you list that doesn't convert.. pulls resource away from the ones that do.
Every underperforming product damages your sales and margin.
Every SKU approaching supression becomes a negotiation risk.
The strongest Amazon businesses don't have the biggest ranges.
They're the ones who have been clear about what belongs on Amazon and why.
Less range.
More focus.
Better performance.
How many of your current Amazon products would you list again if you were starting from scratch today?
