I can’t believe we’ve made it to the second annual edition of Pajama Day at ingb!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Every year, this journey gets more interesting. New challenges, new levels, new lessons. And moments like this remind me why we took that leap of faith in the first place.

This is a thank you—to my wife, and to our past selves—for betting on something that didn’t come with guarantees.

Because of that decision, I get to work with people I genuinely respect. A team that keeps raising the bar.

Leading a team is not easy.

You want everyone to win. You want people to shine. But just like in sports, when something doesn’t land—when the pass misses or the shot doesn’t go in—you go back, you train, you adjust, you reinforce.

And honestly… that process of seeing people grow, evolve, and step into their potential—that’s where the real meaning is.

For those who don’t know us:

We’re an agency based in Guatemala City, focused on Amazon and Walmart advertising.

We love paid media. Not just as a channel, but as a system—one that connects data, creativity, operations, and strategy.

Amazon, Walmart, DSP… it’s all becoming more interconnected. And understanding how it all ties together is what makes this space so exciting right now.

We’re building something special. And I can say with full confidence—this is best-in-class work.

If you’re in the city and thinking about making a shift in your career, I’d love to meet you.

And if you’ve ever felt like agencies don’t quite “get” what you bring to the table… we should probably talk.

Yes, we leverage AI across everything we do.

But at the end of the day, this is still about people. Experience. Judgment. The small nuances that actually move the needle.

Also, what do you think of our HQ view? 😛😏
