9am. Takes coffee beans out freezer. Currently on Square Mile Coffee Roasters. Measures 18g. Breaks up clumps with WDT tool. Tamps. Adds stainless steel shower screen. Pours 100ml of 75 degree water. Insert portafilter. Pulls 36ml shot in 29 seconds over the water. Long black.
Getting into coffee is a slippery slope.
