Your Amazon QBR is the least useful meeting in your calendar.
You spend weeks preparing a deck.
You present trailing 12 months of data Amazon already has.
You agree actions that don't get followed up.
You leave feeling like something happened.
When actually..nothing happened.
The brands winning on Amazon aren't winning in QBRs.
They're winning during the weeks and months between them.
They review their own data weekly not quarterly.
They identify PO confirmation/fill rate drop before their AVS/VM raises it.
They know which ASINs could be CRAP'd before the conversation lands.
They treat every VM interaction as a commercial touchpoint, rather than relationship exercise.
The QBR is a lag indicator.
Everything that matters has already happened.
When did you last review your Amazon performance before Amazon asked you to?
