"We fired them within 6 weeks." -> THIS is often your fault.

I bet this story sounds familiar to your brands who have hired remotely before. And I bet you feel so burnt that you won't hire remotely again.

But it's often the fault of the person hiring, rather than the person hired.

Yesterday I spoke with a very experienced hiring manager. Who's been in the Amazon space a long time. Who has built team specifically focusing on Amazon.

Yet, they made a mistake with their last hire. So they fired them after 6 weeks. Paying out the 30 days notice.

And if they're honest, the probably made a mistake at the one before that too. But by the time they realised, the person became sticky, and the fear of replacing them by starting the recruitment journey again, was too great to face the last few quarters.

So the second bad person, they just float around in the company every day. Even though they know they aren't a top performer.

But it's often the brands fault.

Because they rush. And they're inexperienced at screening for the role.

In this video I showcase a little of the depth we go to with our 4 stage screening process for senior amazon advertising managers.

We reject 99.2% of the 2000+ applicants we receive each month.

We help brands hire senior Amazon advertising managers in house. It’s the only role we hire for.
