I couldn’t be more excited for Oshiya Savur to step into the CMO role at ELF and join such a powerhouse team with Kory Marchisotto and Ekta Chopra!
When I interviewed Oshiya for my Women in Commerce series, one of the things that stood out was her perspective on growth: she never got too comfortable.
She talked about intentionally moving across roles and categories, even when status quo would have been easier. She didn't want to just be great at one lane; she wanted the range that comes from understanding the full picture.
Leaders who keep stretching, keep learning, are curious, and keep building range are the ones who are ready when these moments come.
