My kids broke a toilet seat
I installed the new one and had an aha moment
most people would read instructions when they're working on a house project
not me
I just start making mistakes until it works
that's because I'm super deductive
an inductive person learns through observation of other people
I learn mostly through making mistakes and doing things myself going through the motions
Why would this be important to know?
because your employees could be deductive and you have to let them loose and watch the mistakes
whereas your inductive staff, you need to really get in and show them how to do things first
know who you are and who your employees are for. best results
