Another new feature of the last few weeks is Review Insights. One of Helium 10's original tools was asked to be removed by Amazon so we did, but now we brought it back in a fully approved-by-Amazon format!
Before being able to optimize for customer sentiment using Rufus questions, the way you would do that was studying competitor reviews. Review Insights is now 100% based on data from Amazon and is available for all levels of Helium 10 membership.
