You're spending thousands a month on Amazon ads.
ACoS is climbing. Revenue is flat.
You've tried pausing campaigns, adjusting bids, switching keywords.
Nothing sticks.
Here's the real reason:
nobody ever defined what winning looks like for your brand.
Not "lower ACoS" → that's a metric.
Not "more sales" → that's a wish.
I mean a real, specific, directional answer to this question:
What does this product need to achieve in the next 90 days, and what margin do I need to get there?
I've audited hundreds of Amazon ad accounts.
Almost none of them can answer that question.
And when you can't answer it..
every optimization is random.
Every budget decision is a guess.
Every month looks like the last one.
The fix isn't a better bidding strategy.
The fix is a goal.
Set the goal first.
Build everything else around it.
That's goal-first advertising.
That's the only thing that actually works.
What's your goal for your top product this quarter?
