Success brings Betrayal to the P&L
Agencies see key employees depart, violate contracts and poach clients and staff
I was almost immune the first 5 years of my business
Then I decided to cull the drama queens inside
Who then became drama queens outside
The last 3 years My Amazon Guy has been easier to run
But I now make less money
For less headaches
1 guy cost me 500k annual agency income due to poaching
Another created a competitor and took 33 staff
And another 25 staff
Spent 2.1 mil with a different partner who absconded
The list goes on
Betrayal is part of the P&L now
And that's ok
I'm still rich AF
I still made 425 jobs (10k in the industry?)
I've also been personally betrayed
The kind of theft that is unforgivable
But I have a super power to forgive
It's easy for me
I believe God will judge me as I judge others
Jesus said to forgive so I do
My life's missions
leveling up life to accelerate prosperity to the world
this is why I give away all my trade secrets
I find pleasure in all of us leveling up
Even if someone else makes the world better by taking from me
