4 years ago, I almost killed myself.

I had two options.

Option 1:

Stay the path I was on & eventually die.

Option 2:

Take control of my life.

I picked Option 2.

4 years ago, I was pushing 370+ lbs, wearing 4XL shirts, size 52 waist in pants, extreme low levels of testosterone and having undiagnosed type 2 diabetes.

Today?

I’m 198 lbs.

I’m a size XL in shirts.

I’m a size 32 waist in pants.

My testosterone levels are 900+.

My type 2 diabetes is done. Perfect A1C.

The photo from 2022 was my sons christening at the church. That shirt was a 4XL and look how tight it was still.

The photo from 2026 was this past weekend where my wife and I were the godparents for our nephew. That shirt? That’s an XL - with room to spare.

How did I do it?

I would love to say just diet & exercise.

⤷ But that’s just not true.

I had to get on medication to battle the type 2 diabetes. It was a non-negotiable.

So this was the path:

→ Mounjaro weekly

→ Testosterone therapy weekly

→ HGH therapy daily

→ Copper peptide therapy daily

→ Metformin 850 daily

I just FEEL better. That’s what matters the most.

Sure - it feels great to fit better in clothes and have people say nice things. But feeling better yourself is key.

I mean come on - look at the beard difference.

4 years ago, that was me trying to grow out my beard and I thought it was working.

SMH.

Praise science.

Praise God.

⤷ I couldn’t have done it without either.
