Amazon MCP now puts AMC-level analytics inside an AI chat interface. Most brands still don't have anyone who knows what to do with it.
This week alone, senior practitioners are talking about cross-referencing placement data with bidding strategies via bulk file pivots, shifting budget from high-ACOS terms to low-impression-share converters, and tapping Spanish keyword campaigns most brands have never touched.
That's the gap. Not tools. People.
An agency manager with 15-20 hours on your account isn't running those plays. They're managing a portfolio. Your catalog is one of thirty.
Craig at Spire said it clearly: "There's no way an agency person with 15 or 20 hours would have been capable of doing that."
What he got instead was someone sending Loom walkthroughs, flagging product-level opportunities, and proactively saying where to lean in across price, listings, and ads.
That's what a fully embedded senior manager looks like. Not a vendor. Someone who owns it.
Pare places senior Amazon Advertising managers in-house, remotely. $2,600–$6,000/month all-in. 70% less than a comparable agency.
