7 million SKUs taught us this about catalog management.

We've got 7 million unique products in our system across 700 different Amazon sellers.

That's a LOT of data.

Here's what separates the winners from everyone else:

1️⃣ **Winners monitor religiously** — They catch changes within hours, not weeks. Losers find out when customers complain.

2️⃣ **Winners have a source of truth** — One place where the "correct" version lives. Losers wing it every time.

3️⃣ **Winners batch their updates** — They make 50-100 changes at once with proper tracking. Losers do one-at-a-time in Seller Central.

4️⃣ **Winners document everything** — Full audit trail of who changed what, when. Losers play guessing games.

The pattern is clear:

Successful sellers treat their catalog like the revenue-generating asset it is.

Everyone else treats it like a necessary evil.

Which camp are you in right now?
