Amazon changed your listing and you have no idea.

This morning I had a call with an agency managing a major brand.

They asked about our alerts for "non-user changes" — changes Amazon makes that sellers didn't initiate.

The look on their face when I explained...

Amazon regularly changes titles. Bullet points. Product types. Images.

Without telling you.

And here's the kicker: Most sellers only discover these changes when customers complain or sales tank.

By then? The damage is done.

We monitor 7 million SKUs across 700 sellers.

Every 5 minutes we're checking: Did Amazon change something you didn't authorize?

The difference between a client catching a damaging change versus the agency catching it first?

Million dollar difference in the relationship.

One makes you look reactive. The other makes you look like you're always one step ahead.

When was the last time you checked if Amazon changed your listings without permission?
