Execution Is Expected. Decision Making Is Paid.

Amazon agency owners ... quick instinct check.

When you hear:

“AI-native Amazon agency.”

What do you expect?

Not much.

Because AI isn’t an edge anymore.

It’s baseline.

Bids adjust themselves.

Optimisation runs continuously.

Amazon keeps layering in self-serve intelligence.

Execution is getting quieter. Faster. Easier to replace.

Here’s the uncomfortable bit:

AI doesn’t create advantage. Direction does.

AI will execute whatever it’s given.

Clear strategy compounds.

Unclear strategy gets amplified ... quickly.

That’s why so many agencies feel busier than ever…

…yet easier than ever to compare.

Activity is up. Differentiation is down.

And as we move deeper into 2026, brands are shifting what they actually pay for.

Less:

Activity.

Optimisation cycles.

Reporting.

More:

Judgement.

Trade-offs.

Clarity under pressure.

Someone who helps them decide what actually matters.

“AI-native” won’t be a positioning for long.

It’ll sit alongside “data-driven.”

Assumed.

Expected.

Unremarkable.

And when that happens, the divide becomes obvious?

Some agencies execute.

Others decide.

Only one of those gets invited into real commercial conversations.

So here’s the question worth sitting with:

If execution became free tomorrow…

What would clients still pay you for?
