โค๏ธ๐ฅ When we start working on an Amazon listing, the first question we ask isn't
"๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฅ๐ฐ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ต๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ ๐ค๐ญ๐ช๐ค๐ฌ ๐ง๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฎ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ต๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ?"
(That part will come but itโs not the first)
It's: "๐ธ๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ช๐ด ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ด๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ด๐ช๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ฆ?"
We want to understand your product and your ideal shopper. And sometimes, not all brand owners know what makes their ideal shopper hesitate, partly because theyโre too close to the product.
Moyoama had an incredible product. A thoughtfully built post-surgery recovery pillow, and customers who bought it loved it.
But the listing was having the wrong conversation.
It was showing the product. It wasn't addressing the buyer.
The hesitation points were everywhere:
โ Is it the right size for my body?
โ Will it actually stay in place while I move?
โ Does the gel pack come with it?
โ Can I wash it without it falling apart?
None of these were answered in their existing listing.
So we built every part of their listing especially their A+ to move shoppers through those doubts one by one.
๐๐ฝ Size anxiety? Show the dimensions AND a real person wearing it.
๐๐ฝ Fit concerns? Address plus-size wearability directly.
๐๐ฝ Feature confusion? Show the zipper, the pockets, the straps in use, not just in frame.
๐๐ฝ Trust gap? Lead with social proof of recoveries supported and nurse recommendations.
This is the difference between slapping product photos on a listing and building intentional A+ content.
One shows the item. The other makes it super easy to add to cart.
