Product discovery is moving outside Amazon. Most brands have no one who owns that problem.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — all of these are now influencing what a shopper decides to search for before they ever hit Amazon. That's a fundamental shift in the customer journey.

Agencies aren't tracking this. They're managing bids inside Seller Central.

A senior in-house Amazon manager is in your catalog every day. They're watching where traffic is coming from, how conversion rates shift, what the competitive landscape looks like week over week. They notice when something changes before the data screams at you.

Craig at Spire put it well: "In a lot of ways, we want him to tell us what we should do versus us tell him."

That's the difference between someone executing tasks and someone who actually owns the Amazon channel.

An agency with 15-20 hours split across accounts can't do that. A junior freelancer can't do that. A senior specialist embedded in your business can.

Pare places exactly that person. Four rounds of vetting. 99.2% rejection rate. $2,600–$6,000/month all-in.

If your Amazon strategy isn't keeping up with how discovery is changing, the gap between you and competitors will widen fast.
