Amazon just dropped 11 platform changes in a single week. Who on your team is actually acting on them?

Variation theme rules revised. Q4 inventory deadlines live. A new Rules tab in Campaign Manager. Rufus now letting buyers set price alerts. Alt text stripped from A+ modules in Europe.

That's not noise. That's your margin moving.

An agency running 30 accounts doesn't have time to audit how Rufus affects your pricing strategy or rebuild your A+ indexing approach before Q4. A freelancer working 10 hours a month isn't going to catch it either.

A dedicated operator embedded in your business? Different story entirely.

Craig at Spire put it plainly: "There's no way an agency person with 15 or 20 hours would have been capable of doing that."

The brands that win Q4 won't be the ones who read the updates. They'll be the ones who had someone act on them immediately.

Pare places senior Amazon Advertising managers in-house, remotely, for $2,600–$6,000/month all-in. 70% less than a comparable agency. 4 rounds of vetting. 99.2% rejection rate.
