Hiring tip I learned when at Amazon. Prepare all your example stories.
Eg
Tell me about a time when you received negative feedback.
If you already have 10-15 stories written out. You can then record them. And listen back on yourself over n over.
So when a question comes up, you’re often just assigning one of your practiced stories.
Enabling you to deliver it 10/10. Rather than rambling with something on the spot.
