The Amazon advertising job that actually keeps up with the platform exists. Most don't.

This week alone: Sponsored Brands Collections with AI-generated formats. Rufus driving conversion at scale. AMC becoming the baseline for full-funnel attribution. TikTok building a 4PL fulfillment system that feeds back into Amazon branded search.

If you're a senior Amazon Ads specialist, you already know this. You're tracking it, testing it, forming views on it.

The question is whether your current role lets you act on any of it.

Agency life means 15-20 hours per account, stretched across too many clients, with strategic work constantly deprioritised for whoever is shouting loudest this week.

In-house, done well, looks completely different. One brand. Full catalog ownership. Room to actually run AMC analysis, build proper creative testing pipelines, own keyword architecture without starting over every time a new account manager is assigned.

The specialists we place through Pare are working at that level. Real scope. Real accountability. Remote flexibility. Brands that want to be challenged, not just serviced.

We turn away 99.2% of applicants. Not because we're being precious about it — because the brands we work with need people who are genuinely operating at the top of this discipline.
