Wholefoods delivery is unreliable
My orders are routinely cancelled during the hour they are supposed to be delivered
Wholefoods never offers me a credit
They never explain that they ran out of drivers
The items at Wholefoods are never out of stock and I've programmed easy to find substitutions
I know my tips are higher than average so it's not that either
The weather is fine tho when it's stormy the cancel rate does go up
But if I order an addon item on Amazon I have never seen it fail
Even last week I received 3lbs of Ginger on a .25 lb order
Which is weird because the addon grocery items being sold on Amazon are surely losing money
They still come from Wholefoods and are even delivered separately
So if I could I'd order all my groceries through Amazon instead of Wholefoods
But the 1 item I need from Wholefoods that has been my stalwart is not available as an addon item at Amazon
Steak 🥩
And the steak quality is high at Wholefoods so ordering from another source is often disappointing
So I roll the dice continuing my Wholefoods delivery
Hoping one day the service will improve
My Amazon Prime membership is supposed to be fast and reliable
Unfortunately Wholefoods is not
