I've spent the last year going properly deep on video and I'll be honest - it's humbled me a bit 👀 AD
I built PLM on carousels - that was my thing. I knew how to make them work, I knew what good looked like, I had a system.
video felt like starting from scratch and for a long time my videos just… weren't performing the way I wanted them to.
turns out it wasn't the ideas that were the problem - it was everything else.
it's all about the execution (the stuff that determines whether someone watches for 30 seconds or 30 milliseconds)
