1. Which sku’s fund this account?
2. Which sku's only exist because we’re afraid to stop supporting them?
3. Where did margin change last quarter and who owns it?
4. Which promo improved the P&L vs just moving demand forward?
5. If Amazon asked for a cost reduction tomorrow, what would we do?
When no one owns the margin, there will always be an issue.
