Brands winning on Amazon aren't working harder than you.

They're delegating better.

Here's the pattern I see over & over:

Brand doing $2M/year:

→ Founder manages PPC.

→ Founder approves every image.

→ Founder writes listing copy at 11pm.

→ Founder handles Seller Central issues.

→ Founder is exhausted and growth has flatlined.

Brand doing $10M/year:

→ Agency manages PPC, creative, listings, and compliance.

→ Founder focuses on product, supply chain, and retail expansion.

→ Founder sleeps.

Same market.

Same product category.

⤷ Different operating model.

The $2M brand isn't less talented.

They're just doing $50/hour tasks with $500/hour time.

Every hour you spend inside Seller Central is an hour you're NOT spending on:

▣ Wholesale & retail partnerships.

▣ New product development.

▣ Strategic growth.

▣ Brand building.

You started a brand to build something.

Not to become an Amazon operator.

The best founders I work with figured this out early:

Your job isn't to master Amazon.

Your job is to master your brand and hire people who've already mastered Amazon.

What's one Amazon task you know you should delegate but haven't yet?
