Amazon just rebuilt Sponsored Brands from the ground up. No more custom headlines. No more custom images.

Starting March 2026, the platform pulls content dynamically from your listings. Which means your ad performance is now directly tied to how well your listings are built.

This is the kind of change that catches brands off guard when they're relying on an agency managing 40 other accounts.

An agency rep isn't walking through your catalog product by product, flagging which listings need to be tightened before the format switch hits. They're applying a fix across the board and moving on.

One of our clients, Craig, put it plainly: "Really intimate updates… very prescriptive detail down into the product. In a lot of ways, we want him to tell us what we should do."

That's what in-house looks like. Someone who knows your catalog, watches for platform changes before they bite, and proactively tells you where to lean in.

An agency can't do that at $2,600–$6,000 a month. But a senior Amazon Ads manager placed through Pare can.
