"I'll just figure out Amazon myself."

Famous last words.

Here's what "figuring it out yourself" actually looks like:

Week 1: Watching YouTube tutorials on PPC.

Week 3: Realizing your campaign structure is wrong. Starting over.

Week 6: Reading a Reddit thread about listing optimization at midnight.

Week 10: Your ACOS is 85% and you don't know why.

Week 14: You've spent 200+ hours and your product is on page 4.

Now let's do the math.

If your time is worth $150/hour (conservative for a brand owner):

200 hours × $150 = $30,000.

You just spent $30K in time to get results an agency would've delivered in month one.

And here's the part that hurts:

⤷ The algorithm didn't wait for you to learn.

While you were studying, your competitors:

→ Locked up top keyword positions.

→ Built review velocity you can't match.

→ Trained the algorithm to favor their listings.

You didn't save money.

You paid full price - in time, lost ranking & opportunity cost.

The most expensive thing on Amazon isn't an agency fee.

⤷ It's thinking you don't need one.

How many hours have you personally spent trying to "figure out" Amazon?

No judgment. I just want to know.
