I’m getting ready to record the next round of Women in Commerce interviews... ...and I want your input.
These conversations are always better when the questions reflect what you’re actually thinking about right now, not just what sounds good on paper.
Here are a few I’m already planning to ask:
• Was there a pivotal decision -a "yes!", or calculated risk - that changed the trajectory of your career?
• The pace of change in our industry is relentless. What is one change you have made to your playbook since the beginning of the year?
• What is your super power and how has it helped you be successful?
• Who or what is shaping how you think right now? (i.e. book, podcast or specific episode, Substack, LinkedIn voice, etc.)
