Your Brand Registry is active. Your brand is still broken. Sellers with approved

Your Brand Registry is active. Your brand is still broken.

Sellers with approved Brand Registry accounts are losing Store routing, A+ attribution, and brand authority with no visible error in Seller Central. The account looks healthy. The damage is underneath it.

And we tend to think that Support can fix it. Delete and relist, they say.

Most sellers follow that advice and open another ticket two weeks later, wondering why nothing changed.

Relisting does not touch the attributes that control brand mapping. It never did.

Amazon assigns your brand through three separate internal values. When even one falls out of alignment, Brand Registry benefits stop applying at the infrastructure level. The PDP looks normal, but the system is not routing correctly.

This is why the standard support workflow fails here consistently. The rep handling your case is not trained to locate these attributes. The case gets misrouted, closed, or resolved with advice that addresses the symptom and ignores the structure.

The resolution exists. It requires knowing which attributes to name, how to escalate correctly, and what to ask Brand Registry Support to do internally once the discrepancy is confirmed.

We documented the full resolution path so you can use it directly without spending weeks in support loops.

If you have ever received the "delete and relist" response on a brand issue, tell me below. I want to understand how widespread the misroute actually is.
