I never realized how much I enjoy making content
But there's one thing I wish I did sooner
Just hit record.
For months I kept planning the perfect video, waiting for the right setup, overthinking every piece of content before I even started
The breakthrough came when I stopped planning and started recording everything
You can always edit in post, but just hitting record and talking is real and raw
No script, no fancy setup, just hitting record and talking through what I was doing
Turns out the unpolished stuff performs better than anything I spent hours planning
Because it's real, it's immediate, and it captures the actual energy of figuring things out in real time
Most people never start creating content because they're waiting for everything to be perfect
The right equipment, the perfect angle, the flawless delivery
But perfect doesn't connect with people
Raw does
The best content I've made happened when I stopped overthinking and just started talking
You don't need a production team or a content calendar or a perfect backdrop
You just need to hit record when you have something worth saying
And push through the first awkward videos because everyone's first videos are terrible(seriously go watch mine: https://lnkd.in/dUsRQrNd )
The only difference between people who create content and people who don't is that creators pushed through the awkward phase
Stop waiting for perfect
Just hit record
