Last week, I got to walk Toy Fair with Sam Mathias.
We discussed everything from AI, long-term business planning, business opportunity rationalization, schedule management, and more
We’ve been working with Sam and his team for a few years
We helped them relaunch on Amazon when we started, and we’ve seen nice growth over the past couple years
The Crocodile Creek team has trusted in us as we’ve grown and evolved
That’s been encouraging to me because we’re always trying to make changes for the better
It’s reassuring and rewarding when our client partners validate those changes were, in fact, the correct changes
I also admire Sam’s leadership. He’s helped Crocodile Creek get to the next level since he’s taken the helm by being focused on what matters
Too often, I’ve gotten distracted by shiny objects that have been a distraction
I’ve gotten better but need to grow there
It’s impressive how focused Sam and his team have been the past couple years
