Many brands spread their Amazon ad spend too thin.

Here's what I told a brand spending $10k across 50+ products:

That's not enough to move the needle on anything.

Here's the math I explained:

The more you concentrate spend on fewer products, the more you can give those products a push in: → Organic ranking → Review velocity → Social proof → Competitive positioning

That concentrated spend doesn't just buy clicks. It builds momentum.

More clicks → Better conversion rates → Higher organic rankings → More organic sales → Even better rankings.

It's a flywheel.

But you can't spin the flywheel without the right budget.

Some ad agencies want you to advertise everything. More products = bigger management fees.

I'd rather see you win with focus than fail with variety.

Concentrate your budget. Amplify what's already working.

Let the winners fund the expansion of your catalog later.
