🚨 Critical Compliance Update for U.S. Sellers
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (https://lnkd.in/d7hbbJr5) has immediately withdrawn accreditation from four product testing laboratories in China.
If your compliance documentation relies on certificates from any of these labs, you may need immediate re-testing to avoid listing suppression, removal, or potential enforcement action.
⚠️ Shenzhen GTT Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1843)
⚠️ Dongguan True Safety Testing Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1755)
⚠️ Fujian Berton Testing Service Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1857)
⚠️ Shenzhen HUAK Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CPSC Lab ID 1710)
While this notice was surfaced on Walmart, this is a federal CPSC action, which means it applies across all U.S. marketplaces, including Amazon.
This is a strong reminder that compliance is not a “set it and forget it” process, especially for children’s products and regulated categories.
