🛑 When shoppers keep asking the same question, it's not a description problem It's a listing problem.
Every FAQ on your product page is a hole in your image stack. A question your content should have answered before the shopper even thought to ask it.
👉🏽 What's actually in this?
👉🏽 Is this safe for me?
👉🏽 What am I actually getting when I order this?
These aren't curiosity questions. They're hesitation questions. And hesitation kills conversions.
The shopper asking them hasn't bought yet. They're on the fence, and instead of your listing pulling them over, it's leaving them hanging.
So that's exactly what we designed around for FitBites. Every banner you see here answers something their shopper needed to know before committing.
Ingredients front and center. Usage made obvious with the product experience shown, not just described.
A+ content is where the convincing happens. Show them what they need to know before doubt creeps in, because every unanswered question is the difference between an “add to cart” and a sale you almost made.
