If the same Amazon ads manager can spend either 40 or 5 hours per week managing your brands spend...

Which would you prefer? Which would drive better performance?

What do you think your competition is doing?

Utopia Brands have 69 staff members with "PPC" in their title.

They're one of if not the biggest 'brand' on Amazon.

And they dedicate 69 people to the job of ads.

Are they spending less time each month, each year...

Or are they spending more time. Dedicating more resources to the problem of 'Amazon Advertising'?

What could you learn from this?

I don't advocate for reverse engineering LinkedIn posts that say "copy Athletic Greens". Because you're not always playing the same game. So it's not that clever.

But Amazon is kind of the same game.

And if the biggest are spending more time. More resource.

You can 100% learn from that.

In fact, in most examples of a professional activity ever, if you spend more time on it, you will get better.

The 10,000 hours rule of thumb.

Therefore, if you're generating over $5m a year on Amazon, should you be thinking about dedicating 40 hours per week to ads in 2026?

Pare helps brands hire senior Amazon advertising managers remotely.

It is literally the ONLY role we hire for. So we're exceptionally good at it.
