If you run a Vendor Central account I can save you time and money.
It costs over £4k and 340 hours a year just to run reports on your Amazon performance. This assumes that you're tracking performance daily (if you're not, you should be).
Vendor Central reporting takes time and resource.
To have a view on sales, volume, margin and inventory, you need to run and download multiple reports and combine them into one consolidated view of what's happened.
Let me show you the numbers..
Each report takes 1.5 hours to prep (catalogue size dependent)
If you run this daily that's 7.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
Or 30 hours per month.
Which is 345 hours a year..assuming December is a half month.
In April the minimum wage increases to £12.71 per hour.
345hrs x £12.71 = £4,384..this is your cost to run reports to understand where you are..(The cost skyrockets if you have a senior person running these daily reports.)
