We placed a candidate for a client within 10 days of our first conversation.
Then it all started to go wrong.
The candidate had to delay once. Then twice. Now a third time.
Eventually stating they didn't want to cause more disruption to the client so pulled out entirely until later in the year.
Normally, this would be a disaster.
But given we'd already got an exceptional bench of talent, not vast, exceptional, we have placed another candidate within 48h.
It's the second time this has happened to us. And on both occasions we've put another person in incredibly fast.
They both had 1 additional interview. 45 minutes of work. And they made a hire.
Disaster avoided. Hours/days/weeks of work/downtime avoided.
