The hardest problem in business: figuring out what to automate first.
Most Amazon sellers know they need automation.
But they're automating the wrong things.
Last week, a seller wanted to automate a task that saves 15 minutes once a week. Meanwhile, they were manually pulling Amazon PPC reports for 6 hours every Monday.
The real challenge isn't learning the tech...
It's knowing what deserves your attention.
Here's my framework:
1️⃣ **Time impact:** How many hours per week does this actually save?
2️⃣ **Error reduction:** What happens when humans mess this up?
3️⃣ **Growth blocker:** Is this stopping you from scaling?
The sellers who win don't automate everything.
They automate the right things first.
What manual task in your Amazon business takes the most time each week?
