Amazon is targeting women's health products

We've gotten dozens of reports of restricted listings in the past two weeks

All related to FDA 510(k) classification requirements

Which includes a ton of women's health products like fertility trackers, menstrual cups, breast pumps, and pelvic floor devices

They're also restricting products that technically fall under FDA exemptions

Products that don't legally require 510(k) clearance are getting flagged and suspended anyway

Amazon's bot doesn't understand nuance

It sees "women's health" and "medical" in the same listing and hits restrict

Even if your product is exempt, even if you have documentation, even if you've been selling for years

Doesn't matter, you're getting flagged

If you sell in women's health and haven't been hit yet, you probably will be soon

Get your documentation ready now, have your FDA exemption letters prepared, and make sure your listings don't trigger Amazon's overly aggressive filters

This is another example of Amazon automating enforcement without understanding the actual regulations

And sellers are paying the price while they figure it out
